  I'm extremely disappointed in this location. I went here to grab a bite to eat. The guy in the back making the food forgot about me as I approached him and asked him why everyone who was after me had already left he asked me my name, I provided that to him and in return He said oh I'm sorry I don't know how we forgot about you gave me my pasta. As I proceeded to eat my pasta it was cold. The guy in the back had no regards to the food it being cold or that I have been forgotten never apologized. I contacted the manager by the name of Timothy who was very remorseful but did not offer anything for my inconvenience.

  I completed a rapid pickup order around 7am on 5/7. I was disappointed that none of the breakfast sandwiches were listed as in stock on the app so I decided on a toasted bagel with cream cheese instead. I sat down next to the rapid pick up area since my order was not ready. Aside from a few people working, I was the only person in this panera. After about 5 minutes with no additions to the rapid pick up shelf and no one coming to check on my I looked around and noticed that there was a bag sitting at the cafe counter. I walked over to it to check out the contents. Two workers noticed and one called out asking what I needed. I explained I was waiting for a rapid pick up order and the one lady just grabbed my bag and dropped it back on the counter to indicate that this was my order. She didn't use any words or apologize. She picked up my bag and dropped it two separate times. The other lady checked to make sure it was the right contents as if I was stealing Simone else's food. When this second employee realized that this was my food and that they hadn't put it in the rapid pickup area, she asked if I would like a cookie to go with my order. I appreciated the gesture, but did not want a cookie. Then as I was walking out I realized my bagel wasn't toasted. At this point I was frustrated and decided not to go back and get my bagel toasted.

  Panera is always good but this location is blessed with the best restaurant manager I've ever encountered. Very helpful, always working to be sure his customers and staff are happy. 5 stars !!!!

  Another poorly planned development. The oh so popular “town center” layouts with NO parking. Yes, even “under the building” in the oh-so-inconvenient garage. I get it - people are trying to make people drive less and “designing communities” around it. My answer? Drive on by. Wasn’t a single space available, so I’m not going to bother with your business.

  The service is generally good and the food tastes fresh! They're at a convenient location across from Children's Hospital located next to the Village Pavilion children's clinic. They get a decent amount of traffic being next to the hospitals. When they're swamped, be sure to double check your order as things get hectic and they'll make mistakes like any other restaurant, but they're generally good with their service. I recommend their rewards program for earning points to get free pastries on the go. Their food is especially good in the cold weather as they serve tasty soups to battle the dry cold of the mile-high state.
