  You undoubtedly will feel a sense of relief that the inside does not match the out. The construction--and the neighborhood--are unsightly. In booking the room I noted they do not communicate as well as advertised on their website. I called and emailed to book the room and I didn't hear back for two days. I decided to book in person only to find that they had already reserved it in my name, without notifying me. In addition, the total cost was about $50 more than advertised, mainly due to the gratuity and surcharge Whether you're to be lounging/singing with the public, or you reserve a themed room, the venue does well in bringing an extraordinary experience. That is exactly what mine and my group's takeaway was. The group itself made up the bulk of clientele that night. I booked the Jack Daniels room, as it coalesced with the brand we work for. Hot tip: If you are looking to get the place to yourself, consider Wednesday night. The room capacity advertised at the front door says "25-30" people. That is a generous estimate; you'd have to be all standing shoulder-to-shoulder to fit 30. We were 17 and almost couldn't all sit comfortably. The staff does well in explaining how to use the karaoke system. However, given we were the only ones with a booked room, the amount of service we received--minimal--did not reflect the cost. Hot tip: If you book a room, ask for a server to bring you drinks. They charge you an 18% gratuity regardless whether you had one or not. In fact, when you go buy your own drinks, the bartender doesn't tell you about the 18% gratuity for the room. They happily take the extra tip. The redeeming aspect of this is that they were all quite friendly. Though not 100% upfront. I would pay that again to recreate that awesome night. I would not, however, pay the face value for the experience of booking, minimal service, and deceptive pricing. Hot tip: Elect someone to be the screen monitor, as it takes practice to figure out the touchscreen settings and functions. The interface is archaic, but the song selection's quite modern. From Alanis Morriset, to Beyonce, they have you covered.

  Great karaoke rooms, clean and lots of variety. KJ is awesome.

  Solid karaoke bar. Rooms are cool in that there are themes. However this place needs a little update and should invest in more upscale drinks. It could be amazing. Still recommend it!

  Atmosphere was great. Service was ridiculously slow. Not to much of a selection for songs, lots of old school. Seemed like the other rooms had better music and song selection though. They also didnt tell us ahead of time, while making the reservation, there was a minimum amount of people for a room. We reserved it for 4 hours and only got maybe 2 hours in the room. Quicker service, better info ahead of time and more bar tenders recommended.
