  We tried to make an exchange on a pair of rings we had purchased. The manager (iliana) told us it wasn't posible because the rings where worn out. After a week?? We don't think so. She went against Pandora policy's on returns!! She also told us the exchange could only be made on the same size. The reason we wanted the exchange for...We went to the pandora store at Aventura mall. No question ask. Simply an amazing service that took less than 5 minutes for the exchange!!! My sugestion go expend your money in other store where they understand what customer service is all about.

  The workers here are incredibly rude and do not help at all. One of the workers shoved me out of the way and didn't apologize, they didn't have anything in stock and offered no way to help in the form of ordering things online and having it sent etc. just terrible service overall. Would not recommend giving them your business.
