  This is the worse customer service I’ve ever seen! They simply don’t care about customer satisfaction, their response is “ not satisfied don’t care call customer relations” shame on you pandora!!

  I wanted to exchange my gold ring because it was too small, the sales associate already got half way through picking what i had wanted and manager mid way says no. We cant exhangw for you because we dont accept gold since people generally steal the gold and i had the gift reciept and on the reciept it never mentioned you cant exchange it

  Service 5/5, Price 5/5, waiting time 3/5 I went to the store on 12/26, and there was a line to get into the store as I expected. It took us about 30 to 40 min just to get in. The person who helped us was very nice and explained very details about the products. We got the bracelet with 3 charms and 2 clips, and got 45% off on 3 selected items which were the bracelet and 2 charms. (Sale was for the limited time) It was my mom's first pandora bracelet, and she is very happy with It! I can't wait to get more charms for my mom. The bracelet and charms are beautiful!

  i had to get my pandora ring cut off at school because my finger was jammed, so the nurse had to cut it off. I went to Pandora to see if I can get a discount and they gave me a brand new ring for free!
