::My first experience with Pandora was a great one. The staff was friendly and helpful and their products are beautiful. They also sell more than just Pandora bracelets! I bought a simple, but gorgeous pearl necklace for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Pandora - especially the downtown Yamhill location!

::I bought some charms 2 months ago. There are 2 charms they still do not give me. They say the charms are out of stock in entire company. But why I see they are available on the pandora website?2 months，it is the worst shopping experience I have right now.

::There was a great selection of jewelry, however, they don't have a Portland/Oregon specific charm yet. The salesman said that they were hoping to have one in the next few months. The customer service wasn't great- the saleswoman was rude and seemed like she didn't want us in the store at all, like it was a burden to answer our questions.
