  Not a very welcoming place. The staff working their do not seem friendly.The one in Woodbridge is good though.

  UnacceptabLe! I went in for an exchange that I received for Xmas. The saLes Lady seemed bothered that she had to heLp me. NeedLess to say I Let her & her manager know that the customer service was disgusting & won’t be giving this “Franchise” any business!

  I usually don't write reviews online. However, the experience I had at melnopark Pandora is the reason to write this review. The store manager is not knowledgeable. Basically, she has no idea about the promotions and gave wrong information. After inquiring online and other Pandora stores, I went back today to the store and told the manager that she gave wrong information abut the promotion. She had no courtesy to apologize. Instead, she gave a very bad attitude. After reading the reviews for this store (2.8 for reviews on google) it was my mistake to go there. On the other hand, woodbridge mall Pandora manager was very warm and offered best customer service.

  This store is short of stuff and very slow, for normal Tuesday night , 50 mins + waiting . Never come back here again , I hope the management can review this .
