  The staff was exceptional Rude. The had problem with there system. Tried to say it was my card ( tried 3 of them) Had to go to atm to get cash. Which can happen . However when I complained the girl didn't want to hear it. Mind you now I verry well could have my cards locked out. She just said not my falt. true, but it is your fault for being abrupt with a customer . When leavening she just said under her breath I was nasty. What ever happened to customer service? You won't find it st pandora in the Staten Island mall . Louis Scandole

  Pandora is pandora at the end of the day, they've got a good selection of great looking rings and charms. Why the 3 star rating? I went in yesterday and bought a ring that was 95 dollars, no problem there. After going to a different pandora (the same day) to exchange the ring for a better sized one, the sales associate had told me about a "spend over 100 dollars and get a free ring or charm" sale. The original sales person has NEVER told me that I was 5 dollars away from getting a free item and to get that sale at the new pandora I was now at, I would have to return the ring I'd bought, and purchase a new ring with their store, and then spend an additional 5 dollars to hit the 100 dollar mark. Poor sales mindset at this pandora to let me walk out without letting me know about the sale going on. Disappointing to say the least. The ring is sexy AF though.

  The start is very nice here and refreshingly accommodating. Prices are NUTS but what can you do?
