  I went to this Panda Express for lunch one day and found that it was very fast and efficient and operated in an assembly line fashion. Order food at one end and pay at the other. I was in and out within 10 mins with a bowl of their new honey sesame chicken. The food was what one would expect for Americanized Asian fast food, so it was not too bad. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly.

  So I went through the drive through. I was in line for 30 minutes before I got to the window, 20 of that was after I ordered my food . One of the entrees I ordered was the string bean chicken. I got to the window only for the lady to tell me the cooks just now looked at my order and the string bean chicken would take about 7 minutes. I obviously didn’t want to wait for that considering I just spent the last 30 waiting to pay and get my food. She did nothing besides offer me a different entree. Finally got my food and left only to realize that she didn’t give me straws. There’s a problem literally every single time I visit this location and I’m over it. Definitely will not be returning to this location and will be telling everyone I know not to as well.

  Pretty good. One of the few places I can find vegan food.

  So we have come here multiple times because we have always loved panda express. But today was the last straw. So we work at night anf we have to travel from Denver up here to Westminster every night so time is very short for us. We have ordered from noodles and just about every other fast food restaurant that has mobile ordering available. Today we had sent in a mobile order at 4:30 PM because we were expecting to be at the restaurant by 5:30. We had gotten there and when we walk in we see the actual manager on her phone and everyone but 2 employees basically getting paid to do nothing. We then walked up to her and let her know politely that we have a mobile order. But lone and behold OUR FOOD WAS NOT READY AN HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED IT. Then she hands us a receipt for our order that has a bit of orange chicken. This place is an absolute shame to the panda express name. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to clean house and start with people who can and will do their jobs properly. Like I said though this is not the first time we have had issues with horrible staff and late food. One time we were super late on time so we went in spent 20 minutes in the line and when my wife ordered again that same manager said that it would take another 20 minutes to make some more. I honestly would never recommend this place to anyone who loves panda. Because it will ruin their love for the brand
