  i give it a one out of all the better choices in the area. it has long lines at noon and can take 30 min to an hour standing in the queue stay away if you know whats good for you

  Woman who I ordered from acted like each customer was as hard to deal with as mouthbreathing appeared to be for her. I ordered 1 plate with two entrees and a side and they cooked one entree which I had to wait 10 minutes for and gave away the other one that there had been plenty of to other customers. Absolute mongoloids for workers.

  Since I live just two blocks away and enjoy the convenience this restaurant affords, I have visited this Panda several times. Food quality ranges from excellent (when the entrees have been freshly prepared shortly after opening 10:30AM) to inedible (anything after the lunch rush until closing). Heaven forbid you visit when they are not busy...the limited selection of overcooked food that should have been thrown away will disappoint. If staring at empty steam trays excites you, this is your place.

  I went here when I was attending a convention downtown, as it is a convenient place to eat and I enjoy chinese food. Line was long, which was to be expected due to convention goers. However, they ran out of the item which I really wanted, orange chicken. I was prepared to switch my order, but they said it would be done in 5 minutes. I decided to wait, when they rung me up for only 1 entree (I got two, with one side). Seeing me waiting, the cashier asked if I was waiting for something, which I said was the orange chicken. Eventually, the orange chicken came out, but here's where the one star came from: They charged me for an entree. Instead of getting charged for their plate, which is 1 side and 2 entrees, I got charged for 1 side and 1 entree, PLUS another entree, which is more. I was so done that I didn't even care anymore. I probably won't come back.
