  Made an order for 2 of the bigger plates and once I got to the window I was charged differently than what was on the screen with surprise upcharges and when I asked to speak to a manager about this issue I was ignored and the order was completely wrong anyway and the service I received was absolutely horrible I recommend this particular Panda Express to anyone else you guys suck iand when I asked for a refund I was ignored as well this is an atrocious way to treat customers

  My least favorite Panda I've ever been to! I've only been her 5 times & only in drive thru, and 4 of those 5 times the person always taking my order is rude & ghetto! I understand the neighborhood, but when youre at work, don't bring your attitude with you and act professional! This last time I went was the worst! And to add my meal was sideways in the bag when they handed it to me out the window, I quickly had to set it right in the bag but was too late and sauce all over the inside. Since I have to give at least one star, then that will go to the portions always being a good size.

  I placed my order online for in-store pickup, and added a coupon that allowed me to get one free side entree. Upon entering the restaurant, they didn't have any record that I placed and order and took several minutes to pull it up in their system. They gave me grief about the free side entree until I showed them my online order on my phone. Although the service was subpar, the food was plentiful and served hot. The amount of food you get for the money is quite excellent. I would go back despite the initial hassle.

  Everything is pretty good here just depending what you like so choose wisely I guess. But the only down fall was that nobody wiped down the tables. There were employees sitting in the back it wasn't too crowded, or over filled with customers. But the lack of cleaning up the eating area, it's what ruined it for me. What's so hard to wipe down the tables with a warm rag? I don't know it blows my mind.
