    Regardless of the day or the time they rarely have the items fresh in the items that are requested for example the steam vegetables or the sweet fire chicken. Just left and they have neither

    The employee was rude and condescending. I politely asked for no receipt. she said with an attitude oh we can't take it and there's a trash can right there. She then went to mumble as we all know girls can be caddy. (she's young) to the other employee. I've then asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. (Turns out she's not she's only the shift leader.) So I said are you the only manager today? She says yeah she's the only one there today. As she walks away I see a lady come out of the corner with a fancy manager name badge. I said oh are you the manager? She says yes and I'm baffled. I then said oh so there's two managers here today. She proceeds to tell me that Leslie isn't even a manager. So Leslie lied about being a manager and she lied about there being another manager there that day. when I asked if I could call later to speak to somebody else. Me as a customer shouldn't have to deal with Leslie's ego but it's very apparent to me that Leslie knows she's in the wrong and she's trying to avoid her part in this situation. After she saw me speaking with the manager I promise she took 15 minutes to wash her hands avoiding being around me like a child that knows they been caught. So I tell the real Manager what happened and she apologizes and I asked for corporate's number and also asked to speak with Leslie again where I said to her very politely. You know Leslie you told me there wasn't another manager here today and you told me you were a manager and you're not even a manager she doesn't address that she's not a manager she avoids that & says that the Manager wasn't even clocked in yet that was her excuse for her lies. Not taking responsibility and getting an ignorant response. I thought this is precisely the problem is you have a selfish attitude and poor work ethics. I started to just not expect much from Leslie as her attitude is her problem not mine that I shouldn't deal with just coming into grab lunch. I said to Leslie you know it's not the fact that you couldn't take my receipt it was the way you delivered it that I felt could've been better in a little bit less offensive. Saying I'm so sorry I apologize we're not allowed to take customer receipt it's policy not I can't take it? I was like oh you can't take it? She's says ya we can't take it but there's a trash can over there in a condescending voice not warm. I said to Leslie you know it's not the fact that you couldn't take My it was the way you delivered it that I felt could have been more kind less offputting. Instead of being passive rude with an undertone. So I return the food. I worked in customer service for 15 years. I'm very familiar with how you speak to customers is important for good business. I come there every week if not twice a week. panda express I like you but I think you need to hire better employees or train them to properly speak to your Customers. I am a business owner and I tell all my employees treat everybody who comes in like they're your grandmother. With respect and kindness It's a good way to do business and I enjoy making someone else's day. Take a look at the reviews on here below me even bringing up the shift leader again I'm not the only one. if this is who you hire I'm not coming back. I like smiles and kind people with good food!

    we didn’t receive any receipt at the register and told the cashier. 45 minutes later and no receipt they called the manager and manager didn’t uphold the policy of the “no receipt? free meal on us” that was advertised at the cash register in 2 places. and told us if we returned the food we would get our money back, even though the policy says otherwise. 5 minutes later they threatened to call the cops because they were “closed” and that we couldn’t be in the restaurant but they were still serving another customers. (???) they were able to give us a printed receipt with the customer service phone number on it and told us they couldn’t help us.
