::The new management has to go. They are out of hand! They want to run your house like if they owned it. Telling you what color to paint it, what plants, windows, etc... when you ask for a superior number above them the manager Reyna gets in your face and denies you any information! It’s becoming very uncomfortable living in this park. This park needs a community meeting ASAP!!!

::The park manager is not friendly and has been evicting many residents/ homeowners out of their homes. Also, she has been harassing many residents to the extent that they have sold their homes. I have had conversations with previous tenants that have stated that they are happy and relieved they sold their home, because now they do not have to deal with her anymore. Since the new manager started in 2014, Palms Mobile Estates has changed for the worst.
