  Cute place with lots of indoor and outdoor sitting space. Staff was friendly. They have a large selection of baked goods, compared to other bakeries/café's, which they all looked very good. The breakfast and smoothies were OK.

  Cake is delicious! It always is but this most recent time the ordering process was a bit much. Had to speak with 4 different people and when I stressed that my budget was 100 bucks that's when I realized a big fancy cake wasn't needed because the person acted as she couldn't figure out what I meant. Dropped it immediately to a 50 dollar cake to save me from the hassle. Invoice ended up being sent to a relative of mine (good thing it wasn't a surprise for her) but it eventually worked out. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not but I'll leave it at that. Cake was still beautiful and delicious.

  about a year ago a coworker was telling me how nearly impossible it was to find a bakery that would make a quality, affordable custom cake..until she found Palermo's. trusting her experience and judgement, I decided to reach out when i was planning my son's birthday party . Nicole, our contact at Palermo's, was friendly, upbeat, and honest.. Our cake turned out beautiful and was pretty much identical to the photo I provided as inspiration. The itself cake was moist and not-overly sweet and our guests really enjoyed the Oreo filling. Pricing was reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate our order with less than a month's notice, unlike other bakeries. I'd recommend anyone looking to get a custom cake made to try out Palermo's.

  Bakery is descent. But there are some demerits. First — there is no handicapped parking available. Why not?? Second — why does this place have valet on weekends mid-day? I’m really not sure why the valets absolutely give us a hard time and insist on not letting us park our cars ourselves. Once you pull in off the road, you’re kind of trapped because there is no exit nearby. We are totally annoyed that just going to the bakery requires giving our keys to some stranger on a leisurely Saturday afternoon when our car is 10 feet away and we park it ourselves. It’s clear that no family members work here to deal with disorganized nature of things and ensure service quality.

  I made reservations for the cake lounge. My daughter in law told me they have a thing on line if you sign up within 7 days of reservation cake will be gifted. By then it was 5 days. I called asked if it would be honored woman who barely spoke english said yes, took order then says $32.50. Then hands phone to someone else. I paid because I wanted cake ordered. 15 minutes later someone calls back asks for names on cake AGAIN! I figured once I went in I would explain and they would make good or apologize. I got nothing but a young girl making faces playing with stickers. I told her not only should that person not answer phones but should not work there. I left. Cake lounge was great Palermo 's NEVER AGAIN....Cake was good not worth more than 20.
