::I picked up a delicious pizza. I had a 20 min wait. There were only 2 persons acting as cashiers, order takers in person and by phone and servers to inside orders. There was a guy that might be a supervisor or owner and he just stood watching and not doing anything to help!

::I order a pizza, pay for my service waited a long time to get it. When I got it it was under cooked I called and told them the problem, all they said was send me a picture of how much you guys ate. So they can replace the pizaa with a smaller size depends how many pieces are missing this is very sad I never got a replied back very disappointed I been a customer for years

::Was looking for a local pizza place and came across Paisans. Wings were great. Lemonade was great. Pizza not so great. Toppings kept sliding right off the crust. And for the price you’d think it would actually have some flavor… would’ve been better off getting Pizza Hut. Very disappointing overall.

::CTA ordered pizza to shop location. Gave them a contact number to call when pizza arrived. Delivery man never called just left pizza on garbage can unintended surrounded by homeless people. When I called they told me they left pizza at terminal. Called to get new pizza was advised that they will charge me again or have to give them the pizzas back. Pizza was left on garbage and homeless took the pizza. Cant give you something back that I did not get. Horrible Costumer service. This place and its employees show a real lack of common sense
