If I could put 0 stars, I would. I only write reviews if services are terribly bad or great. Stay far far away. When I first used their services, they told me they were in network. They were not. They filed claims for two YEARS trying to get more payment after lying about being in network. I left multiple messages and faxes this week about obtaining my patient records. Of course they ignored me. I went in person . Someone was sitting infront of a computer laughing and told me to sit. I sat and she told no one of my arrival and continued to type and laugh. After 15 mins of this, I got up and just happened to catch someone else's attention. She was even worse. She told me she couldn't give me my records because she has a new system. When I told her law requires her to give me access to my records, she told me the doctor who serviced me left and took all the records with him. I told her to put in writing she could not give me my records. This went on for over 5 mins. She finally gave in and printed them. I don't understand why she thought lying to me and treating me like an idiot was easier than just logging in and printing MY records. These people are lazy, liars, con artists and absolutely rude. While you're at it, warn your insurance company.

I have bee going to Dr. Sood for time now, and I have to tell you. He is the only doctor in this whole world that care for what happened to me. I have to say, he saved my life. Office staff as well as the clinic staff, they are all amazing. thank you Doctor Sood, keep up with the good work.

The only reason I travel all the way from Manhattan to NJ is because of Dr. Rahul Sood. He's an amazing doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. I've had three injections from him now and he's helped me so much. If anyone is considering being treated by him don't worry and go see him. He'll take good care of you. He's knowledgeable and skilled. The facility is clean, and the OR staff nurses, techs, and other ancillary staff from prep to recovery are all great.

Generally speaking, Dr. Sood seems to be a competent doctor with an atypically nice bedside-manner. However, he should be embarrassed by his staff's lack of professionalism which, oftentimes, is a direct reflection on a doctor's own professionalism. Side note: I've been using Dr. Sood in spite of his staff. Seemingly, the person who answers the phone (on the 1st floor) and makes the outgoing calls either has never been trained or has no regard for proper etiquette. His first sentence is, "Is this Carmelo Schembari?" As there is no caller ID, I have hung up on this person a few times, not knowing it was Dr. Sood's office. I have mentioned this to others in the office (2nd floor, as well) and have been told that it's an ongoing complaint of patients. How hard is it to train someone to say, "Hi, this is __________ calling from Dr. Sood's office. Is this Carmelo Schembari?" Needless to say, I had to call the office today to follow up on an ongoing treatment that I've been receiving. I spoke with a person (I believe the same incompetent one) who informed me that Dr. Sood was not in the office but that he would try to reach him on the phone to set up a conference call. I was to get a call back if that was going to be possible. I asked to receive a call from the office even if Dr. Sood was NOT going to be able to call me back as my time is valuable, as well. I was well aware that Dr. Sood might not have been available (which I was ok with) and expected a call back informing me of such. A call, of course, that never came. Lastly, I was to receive a call from the office on January 25th as a follow-up from my previous treatment and to confirm a date/time for my 3rd and final treatment. Another call that never came. It's a shame that I will be looking for another doctor because I sincerely like Dr. Sood, but it has become impossible and quite frustrating to deal with the ineptitude of his staff.
