  I have been going to PACT for about 7 months for ACL treatment. While I certainly hope that I will never have such injury again, if I were to, I would not look for another group of people to help me through the recovery process. They are really attentive and caring (even helped with tying my shoes right after the surgery), tailor the training programs to your needs, flexible schedules. Clinton, Kara and team - thank you!

  I went to PACT from lower back pain which was impacting my ability to be active. At the time I was struggling to run and go to the gym however the team at PACT spent a good 2 hours using a variety of methods to release some of the back pressure and provided me with good information going forward. About 2 - 3 days after treatment I was feeling great and went on to run a half-marathon pain free.

  I have been to many physical therapy clinics throughout the country during my time as a collegiate and professional athlete, but none have compared to PACT NYC. I could not believe the amount of 1 on 1 treatment time I was given each visit with their physical therapists. Each staff member is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of rehab, prehab, and exercise physiology. The entire process from scheduling each visit to following home care instructions and exercises is very simple and painless. I am glad I have found a physical therapy clinic that upholds professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for each client. Clinton and the rest of your staff, thank you for getting me healthy and back to training so quickly!

  I was treated this Spring for ankle and back problems. Clinton, Paloma and Fernando provided me with an excellent combination of physical therapy and strength training. What I like best about PACT is the individual and personalized attention; you do not share a trainer/therapist with numerous other patients, as I have experienced at other facilities. I will continue to work with the professional, experienced team PACT! They are fantastic.
