  Love the prompt pick up/drop off service. Have had several items dry cleaned (including winter coats and formal dresses) and some items altered. Everything looked great! Update 4/2018 Called to ask a question about sweaters, employee seemed annoyed and was short with me for asking what I thought was a simple question. He advised me, as if it were a problem, that I would be charged more for the service. I expected this and would be happy to pay it to a company that can treat their customers with a little more respect.

  First and last time I use this cleaners. Please Stay Away from this company for many reasons: (1) HORRIBLE customer service, (2) overcharge their clientele by at least twenty-five percent of other cleaners both in the city and in the LIC area, (3) they do NOT honor their discount promotions and make FALSE claims in both their advertisements and customer relations issues. Honestly, I would rather pay a proper cleaners that treats their customers with respect, dignity and care than this place that has poor customer service, no standards and no concern for their clients that spend their hard-earned money. Highly encourage others to pay close attention to this sincere Warning and Use Another Cleaners.

  This is my second review of this business because I seriously love it so much. The stuff were go above and beyond in their customer care. And, not only do they provide great customer service, but they also take great care of my clothing.

  As a business man that travels, I have to have a dry cleaning place that is responsible and dependable. Words can't explain how I appreciate Packard Square Cleaners for the speedy and excellent work they provide. Not to mention the friendly attitude in which everyone treats you. I can't speak highly enough of this business.
