  I absolutely love Dr. Jones, his entire staff, and every inch of his waiting room, office, and back. I always feel so comfortable coming in because you can feel that everyone genuinely cares for your comfort. From the front desk, I call Candy ALL the time with my twenty million questions and she always reassures me payments are made and support financial stability. The assistants themselves, I feel like they know every little detail even if they just met you— they are all extremely kind and make sure you are feeling easy and relaxed. DR. JONES himself is a gem. I’ve been going to him for 3+ years now, I was very hesitant because I feared the dentist for years!!! And since I’ve met Dr. Jones, I feel like I can fall asleep in the chair because his judgment makes you feel like you’re a family member. Though even if my wishes are to do cosmetic stuff, he will always make sure my teeth are healthy. His number one priority is to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Trust him with everything! Thank you pacific dental. I love going to appts now, even if my teeth need all the work- everyone makes you feel like your smile is beautiful. Thanks Dr. Jones and staff!

  Today I was scheduled for x-rays/ regular cleaning and overall it went well- the dental hygienist was very down to earth, friendly, and efficient with the whole procedure. He made me feel comfortable and recommended to purchase an electric toothbrush. When the dentist came in, he explained what the next steps would be to maintain good dental hygiene. I am content with their service and plan to be a long time patient.

  I had a lovely experience at Pacific Dental. Everyone was very kind and attentive. It was my first time there so there were a lot of “new patient” things to take care of and it took longer than I thought it would, but they didn’t keep me waiting for very long throughout the whole visit. I was also happily surprised at how much time Dr. Chen spent with me. Would definitely recommend, just plan to be there for around 1.5 hours for your first visit.

  In my over 40 years of going to a dentist, I can truly say that Pacific Sky Dental has exceeded my expectations for standards of care. The staff is exceptionally intelligent in what they do, from start to finish. The Doctors ensure that you are comfortable throughout your procedure. You are provided with a plan for care and payment options and plans that are extremely reasonable. I had all my amalgam (silver) fillings replaced as well as an implant. All within a reasonable amount of time. The initial implant procedure was quick and painless (my experience). I highly recommend Pacific Sky Dental for all your dental needs and care.

  I'm 74, so I've had a lot of experience with different dentists and dental offices. I've been a patient at Pacific Sky for about 4 years. I can honestly say I've had the best experience and care there ever! They have a very high standard of care and are transparent about costs and friendly. I like the way they set up their own insurance plan that you can enroll in. It has worked out well for me. You can also park free in the garage on the premises, no small perk these days!
