  Even with an appointment they make you wait over an hour. Then they lie to you about how long it will take to be seen by the dentist in order to get you to wait longer. They treat their patients disrespectfully.

  I love this dentist office! They call to remind me of appointments. Dr. Chaplik is very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle!! I highly recommend it.

  This place is disgusting. The dentist has horrible manners, wears a dirty smock, and shamed my son for not cleaning his teeth well enough. Worst experience I've ever had. All because they take my insurance- but they charged me an extra $114 saying he needed a stronger cleaning. Scam artists. Do not go here.

  They are clearly scam artists. I went to them and told them my insurance was ending at the end of the month and it will be switching to another insurance right after. The Dr. Ivan said lets see what we could do before it lapse. He said the only thing is to get a cleaning before. I said fine though I had other work that was needed like a crown change. I said are you sure. He said we will change the date to earlier if we have to. I did the work and now a year later collections is calling me saying I owe them money. Mind you during this year, they were calling me to set up appointments with me. I finally called them back to say do you take my current insurance which they didn't. But yet I got several calls still requesting for me to come in for my appointment. Now as I received a call from collections, they claimed they called me regarding the bill which doesn't even make sense. Then Irena said I told her I was going to pay for the procedure when I came into the appointment. Why the heck would someone with insurance offer to pay for a procedure that she could wait a month to do. It was just a cleaning. Are you kidding me?
