  I want to say that Paz is absolutely amazing. She helped my best friend and I find our prom dresses and accessorize them. She had so much patience and you can just see how much she loves what she does. Also, Heidy, the tailor, is such a sweet heart. I couldn't ask for any better. They have many options and what they don't have, they'll order in for you. I'd recommend coming here to buy your dresses for any occasion.

  Customer services sucks!!!! They lost my dress! -- actually they gave it to some else & told me to come back on a different day!! I'll never be returning here!! Don't go here

  Terrible customer service. They're on their phones all the time and if you're prom dress shopping they wont respect you unless you have a parent with you. They lose dresses and accessories for said dresses and are very disorganized overall.

  My daughter must have gone to 5 stores or more, looking for her sweet sixteen dress, with no luck. Until she got to Oz Boutique who we chose to visit from a friend of my wife. We fell in love with 2 dresses. the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and in an hour the dress was ordered in the color and size that my daughter needed. We arrive today after 3 weeks as promised delivery , the dress was perfect, only minor alteration needed. The price was as shown in all other websites. the jewelry and shoes was found in the store and all was smooth and easy. Thank you Oz Boutique 5 stars great job.
