As good as a pond with ducks and fishing with grand kids on a Saturday evening could be.

The museum is well worth a visit. The park is always a great place. Bring oats or veggies for the birds, not bread.

Very nice place to visit if you want to sit and just have a peaceful time watching the ducks, geese, and squarells. If you choose to feed the water foul, please do NOT feed them bread or popcorn as it's very bad and dangerous for them. Instead, feed them cooked mixed vegetables like corn, peas, green beans, and carrots. There's a muscovey duck that's lower beak is broken 3/4 off and hanging. Can't eat off ground but able to drink and eat in pond. Animal control is aware but says it's been like that for two months and they can't catch it, funny as it comes within a couple inches of your hand when you come with food. Only problem I had was pond is littered with plastic and trash.

This is a great park where I like to go and sit and watch the ducks. It is very clean and took care of from what I see when I go there. There is a little playground for children and places for families to come and picnic. The pond is very clean with lots of variety of ducks. The area is great. It is also walking distance from my home. I believe there is an inside gym for other activities and functions for children and adults. All in all its my favorite place to go when I just want to sit and think or take my grandaughter to watch her play...Its the only park that I go to besides Woodward Park.
