  Rude to deal with, they over charge, and deceitful about what they are doing with your car. Was supposed to take car to insurance lot and took it to theirs so they could rack up storage fees. Crooked as far as I know.

  The “manager/ owner” Laurie is by far the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. My car was towed for weather conditions (that never happened) after being on the highway for less than 8 hours and she told me “if you have a problem with it speak to Highway Patrol.” Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice in who towed my car, but if you are looking for a tow, I would absolutely not go through this company. Force our small business owners to EARN their business and not just have it handed to them.

  Billy and Overland Tow are my go to towing service when my truck has problems. They are quick, polite and very empathetic to your plight while being reasonably priced. Unfortunately, my truck has had problems twice and needed to be towed home. Both times I was fortunate to have Billy as my operator. Truly a great guy with a great sense of humor and a truly caring individual. If you need a tow, give Overland Tow a call.

  The office staff is rude and unprofessional in every way possible. They wanted to charge me $650 for a tow which is a complete rip off. The price was reduced to $350 which is still unethical and not charged by any other towing companies in Kansas City. The office staff needs to learn effective communication skills to talk to customer correctly and not make a bad situation worse. I will never recommend this tow company to anyone and hope the management team helps the office staff develop people skills.

  Picked me and my Ural motorcycle up in less than an hour on an afternoon work day. Very good service.
