  Really good family dinner with three generations down to a one-year-old. Steak was perfect. Dessert Chocolate Thunder was outrageous.

  I went to this restaurant to eat Saturday and while we are waiting for our food some guy that works there with earring on walked past our table twice and made eye contact with me and he gave me the nastiest look. Made me feel like he disliked us for some reason. I guess he must be racist. I really think that worker shouldn't work there. Another thing they need to clean that place better the wooden wall I sat next to smelled like dirty mop and lights are too dim.

  The owner of this location identified him self as Jose Mercado needs a good class in customer service. He was rude and uncaring after we returned our steaks because they where cooked incorrectly and a long hair was in my broccoli. He expected us to pay for them after we didn't even eat any of it. He made a big scene in front of other customers. In the end i stated what I will pay for our sodas and app. I left a generous tip to our server and We left hungry and I still felt ripped off and angry.

  What a horrible piece of meat. No flavor besides their spices. The mashed potatoes were so dry you didn't scoop them you broke them apart and they crumbled. The seasoned vegetables wow so bad. Tasted microwaved. The broccoli was soggy. The squash was nothing left but skin. And the carrots were dried out so bad. I will never go back there or any other outback. If it wasn't for a gift card I would have never went in the first place.
