  I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service they have in place. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. And the manager on duty showed a general interest in making sure each guest had the best experience possible.

  Ordered a frozen Margarita and lady brings me a top shelf margarita. Top shelf margarita didn't taste like any liquor at all. Later the lady brought me the frozen margarita but still no taste of any tequila in it.. Watered down and not strong. .first time going there and won't be going there again.

  Good food. Not enough help so service suffers which seems to be happening at more and more restaurants. For example, the waiter brought us a sweet caramel sauce on our cheesecake (our dessert). He brought our tea and cooffe at the same time and when we mentioned we wanted raspberry he apologized and said he will be right back. Fifteen minutes later he comes out with a tray that had food and drinks for two tables and our replacement dessert. Of course it was another 5 minutes before he got the dessert to us…. And our tea and coffee is now pretty much consumed….or cold. Again, if they had enough help these kinds of situations would be the exception…. Not a terrible experience but definitely not a pleasant one either. It was easily an additional hour more than it should have been. Again, lack of help.

  Steak and appetizers were really good. Super friendly wait staff. Couldn't ask for more from a chain at this price point.

  Very nice waiter, but that was it. The rest wasn't good. Our steaks were very small and not cooked like we asked so they had to go back. The 15.99 advertised steak and lobster deal is 18.99 there. The waiter had so many tables that it was hard for him to keep up. They should have had more waitstaff. Basically a pretty expensive meal that just wasn't worth it. We won't be back.
