  My family and I normally go to Outback for a decent lunch at a good price. The atmosphere is one of the typical chain restaurant. I normally orders the wings from the appetizer menu and side of macaroni and cheese. And customer service, on a scale of 1 through 10, would be a 6. The reason why customer service is a six is because the waiter was definitely mentally not at work. Overall the experience there is ok.... This is more of a, “I want some decent for lunch not McDonald’s again.”

  Took my wife out for an enjoyable dinner, but it didn't turn out that way.started with a salad that was very good, and a great server however..... my steak came out over cooked, and not hot, my wife chicken dinner came out warm at best. We sent the food back they reheated my wife's Alice Spring Chicken, and brought it back out while they were making me a new steak dinner, meanwhile my wife dinner still wasn't hot, they offered to make a fresh one and brought my dinner to the table. Manager came over and apologized, at this point we decided to leave, we left a tip for our server who tried to be very accomadating, he really appreciated how calmly we handled the situation. The manager offered to comp our meal, we declined due to the fact that we planned on dining together. So we're headed to Chili's, hopefully a better experience.
