I always feel taken care of at outback. The mechanics seem to allways have my best interest in mind. They are transparent and helpful with my repairs. I've been receiving maintenance on my bikes here for over 3 years and would strongly recommend them for your biking needs.

Very knowledgeable salesgirl and friendly. All employees from the salespeople to the service people were all friendly Excellent selection of bikes. They also serviced my bike while I waited even though they were very busy and did a great job I recommend them highly.

I've been here several times to get bicycles repaired and to buy accessories. I got great help from Corvez to test ride my bicycle last weekend, but when I came back to buy it I waited over 30 minutes on him, then asked to be helped by another salesperson. But even then, apparently new customers and others on the phone were taking precedence over me. I felt a bit slighted and left, I'm not sure if I will try again on a less busy day, I really did like riding that $800 bike.

Went in for a simple flat normally I would take to bicycle barn or fix my self but this was convenient because I was on a ride an caught a flat with no tools on me. Got back my bike an when I went on to ride I saw/felt they hadn’t tightened my wheel back on good at all it was swaying side to side. If I wasn’t an experienced biker I wouldn’t of noticed an that could cause a huge accident especially if I were flying down a hill. Not to mention my disk breaks were rubbing as well. They didn’t even top off my back tire with air an they charged me 2$ to lube the chain an when I checked the chain I saw it wasn’t touched , just as dry as when she came in . Next Time I’ll walk the extra two miles to another shop to insure my safety .

Very nice people; great shop. It's a twinge expensive because of its location (you pay for convenience), but I do continuously go back.
