  They aren't good at much other than styling. I asked for subtle highlights, to liven up my black hair color. What I got was huge, chunky, bleach-blonde highlights that honestly made me look ridiculous. I expressed the fact I didn't like it and they refused to fix it the same day. I had to go to a different salon the same day to save myself the embarrassment of seeing people I knew at the beginning of the weekday. $400 for a trim and partial highlights that looked like they were done by someone straight out of beauty school, then $170 for shadowing at the roots, lowlights in the middle and highlights at the bottom of my hair and more better service at Aerea Salon. Here they actually listened to what I wanted instead of just doing the fastest process possible and rushing me out. For the money I paid, I was expecting better service. If you're just going there for a haircut I won't discourage that, but seriously don't get your hair colored here. After that poor service I won't be returning.

  I traveled from VA to get my hair cut and colored by them and I’ve decided to go back when needed. Best hair styling I’ve had

  Love my haircut and stylist Virginia! Virginia is really knowledgeable and so sweet ! I recommend anyone to go to her because she listens as well ! My first time going to her and I will deff go back . I live in the state of Virgina (ironically lol) but she is worth the transit for me!

  Go to place for curly hair, they know how to work with curls. Jason is my stylist and fantastic at his job. Their products are not great but the service and quality of work is fantastic.

  My stylist Malwina was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to understand my concerns and was very helpful in addressing all of my questions. She not only gave me a nice cut but also educated me about my curls and taught me some styling techniques. I'm overall very impressed with my first visit to this salon and hope to be back soon! Everyone was welcoming and sweet!
