Long time patient for 10 years and seeking new doctor and facility. Don't feel important or valued as a patient. Leave message after message and calls are NEVER returned. Hold time always long then you're disconnected. Takes 3 weeks for a doctors note for something that's been addressed with doctor myself months ago. Staff dismissive.

I see an Attending Physician. She's wonderful. She loves that I stay active since I am troubled with lots of health problems. Even most of the Residents are great I ask questions to find good Doctor's. They usually get me in to see either a PA or another Doctor since mine is very busy. She's busy because she's awesome and thorough. Pay no attention to the naysayers. I've been a patient for many years.

Every University of Oklahoma medical facility is First Rate. The quality of medical treatment is first class, and the medical professionals are top notch. I have never had any problems whenever I was treated by an OU physician. Give them a try, I think you will like the results.

Like the Dr's nurses, every one is nice polite and helpful. I'm disabled and use a walker. They have patience with me. I'm also heard of hearing. Everyone understands and don't mind repeating themselves. Only thing I don't like is they send me to specialist about everything. If I have a cold or need a flu shot they can help. Going to specialist cost me alot more money. I'm on disability very little money.
