  I gave 4 stars because of the drinks. The place is nice but the music sucks. I felt like I was trapped in the 1960's.

  Great bar, great experience. A drunk girl in the bathroom called me beautiful so I'm also pretty sure I met my soulmate here.

  Otto's is great! The drinks are weird and fun (and very alcoholic) and the bartenders are fast, despite having to make a ton of crazy drinks. It's dark and kinda seedy, as and good New York bar is. They occasionally have events, including a drag show, that are always super fun.

  Looks like a great place, but hostile bartenders, overpriced drinks and very uptight. I used to live in the area a while ago and I know good Alphabet City dive bars, This is not one of them.

  I love going to this bar. Their live shows are must see. There is always something to get into here and everyone is friendly. The thing that drew me into this place was the kitty mug! For $20 you get a drink and the option to kerp the mug. If you return the mug you only pay the price of the drink. But they have other drinks that are just so awesome like the volcano one you can share with your friends and its so much fun.
