::On a work trip, I met Owner Dexter who was very charming, in the hotel lobby with a few of my crew members. He kindly invited us to his Italian Restaurant. Upon entering this classy restaurant we were immediately greeted by the bartender who was very warm and friendly. She served up the most delicious apple martini I’ve ever tasted. The happy hour menu was extensive with great choices. We then were greeted by Owner Raquel, she was amazing with great energy and very beautiful! Raquel and Dexter introduced us to both chefs who were very cool and we got a tour of the restaurant. The ambiance was very inviting and warm and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. We returned to the bar for some lite apps and enjoyed the christmas atmosphere. I would rate the food, ambiance, and staff 10/10. My personal favorite part is this restaurant is black-owned and the staff is as well. I love supporting black businesses and Raquel and Dexter are doing it right. I can not wait to return to Cleveland to visit Osteria again for another experience. Much Love!

::Referred to Osteria Italian by Marriott hotel in Cleveland, Ohio and it did not disappoint. All staff and owners were unbelievably gracious, kind and accommodating. Food is great. This is my second time visiting this restaurant from the west coast, I will be back. I highly recommend. You can always reserve or ask for the gold section.

::I can’t recommend Osteria more! We were here for a conference and our hotel concierge recommended this place, and I’m so glad he did! The food was phenomenal and the service was so impressive! We had the owner, Raquel, as our server and she was SO personable, gave the best recs and treated us amazing! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. We ordered the Gnocchi and Seafood Risotto and both agreed it was the best we’ve ever tasted! Absolutely recommend!

::If you remember the original location (or even if you don't) you will love this place. Top-notch service, ambiance, and cuisine. My wife and I recently celebrated her birthday there and were treated to excellent across-the-board service. Hats off to the chef and management!
