::Clean, organized, kind staff. It's never fun having to go to the hospital, but this place is not bad.

::Medical visit. Excellent people there, calming and relaxed but very professional. Left feeling better, results perfect.

::Communication. The first appointment is clear on when and where to be. Not the best in communication on what is to be expected day of with the patient. Not knowing what appointment I had next for instance, for CT scans and MRI were unknown. In this day and age I should have a text, e-mail, phone calls ,and better yet something in writing for the various appointments. When leaving voice messages be very slow and clear when giving a phone number. One more thing, I think we can drop the Covid protocol since my family is fully vaccinated. I want to thank everyone for working with me and helping me such a great team in explaining of what is going on.

::Staff was great except for the physician. He is a nice person and great bedside manner but, unfortunately, he did nothing to help my husband. We had to go elsewhere to get care. This would probably be a great place to go for lesser knee injuries like sprains, but not anything serious, from our experience.

::Overall a good experience, that was a mix-up with my paperwork and I ended up waiting way too long, but the staff was very apologetic for their mistake. The doctors that I've seen were very kind, courteous, and empathetic. Also the X-ray and MRI technicians were very professional and nice. Clean, nice waiting area. Vending machine inside.
