  If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve been going to this facility for the past 5 years and every year it just gets worse! The doctors are good but the staff is just horrendous, rude, they look at you as if you owed them something, they clearly don’t want to help people! They ignore phone calls! Always on their phones, laughing, chatting and always distracted and on top of that you can’t ask anything without getting an attitude back! Just horrid! I’m glad I won’t be coming back to this place! Should have made this decision way back then! Osborn do better!!

  This place is fine if you absolutley have to go here, but I’ve gone to their OBGYN center for 2 years and first they never call back with any test results so you have to keep calling to remind them. Second, they somehow can’t figure out to add a pharmacy into their system resulting in me having to call them every single month to ensure my birth control is going to the right pharmacy and sometimes they still send it to the wrong place which is about a 40 min drive from where I live. Third, there’s no way to leave a message when the office is closed. The doctors I’ve seen there are good Im more so annoyed about the organization of the practice.

  Absolute worst! The fact that is says 24 hours and nobody answers the phone is CRAZY! No employee’s have ever been rude to me I feel like when I’m come they put the patient first . They need to update their website with the correct information .

  This is a underhanded fqhc, a typical disgrace to the community. I was hired as credentialing specialist, during my assignment I got sick (Covid) I was asked to take a Covid test it was positive. The Dr confirmed it and the office manager rushed me out. I received an email from the risk manager not to return for a week. When returned I completed the most important part of my task Medicaid hmo contracting. Immediately I was terminated for missing too many days of work all of which was because of their instructions. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The CEO explained to me that all the drs there had a hospital arrangement with Lady of Lourdes, when asked who the signing doctor or group was she laughed and said that has always been the joke instead she gave me a template with a signature to credential the drs. Is this fraud?

  The service is good the phone service is bad because they take long. Can’t blame them because this is a government fund medical care. Everyone is polite
