  The person answering the phone was rude and refused to make an appointment for us. I do not recommend calling here if you are looking to get any type of service. When I asked to talk to the person's supervisor, they refused!

  My son had a great experience with these guys. We're in the middle of sorting out insurance coverage, and they seem like they are working with me well so far. One of the admins in this team doesn't do a great job calling people back, but the actual medical care seems great so far.

  You can never get a clear answer from anyone that answers the phone. They tell you they will call you back and don’t. Isn’t this medical facility and shouldn’t they take your child’s heath condition seriously?!?!

  I'm sure it's a great hospital. But the only thing is apparently they took away anything they have sugar in it. And I like to have a soda that doesn't have aspartame in it and I'm very much against it because it's not healthy for you much or had the sugar and aspartame you know that sugar is not good for either. The coffee place might still have some sugar but I know the cafeteria does not
