  I took off work in the morning to be home for an 8-10 time slot appointment. This aggravated me already that they couldn't give me an exact time for what is most definitely their first appointment of he day. At 745 they call me and let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it out that early and they the earliest they could make it would be 11-1. I cancelled the appointment and will be using knockout pest control instead.
