  The customer service is the worst service you can ever experience from the managers down to the tellers. Great bank! But avoid opening an account at the main street location. Drive through is always closed ahead of time. The bank is always going through some kind of renovation. Which is fine but no signs are placed on the door notifying you that there is a problem. And people are inside staring at you and no one gets up to tell you they are closed or they have an issue. You go to the drive up and there is no thank you or is there anything else I can help you with after completing your transaction. The only polite teller at this bank is I believe her name is Flow or Florence. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE. GREAT BANK! BUT HORRIBLE BRANCH. AVOID OPENING AN ACCOUNT AT THE MAIN STREET BRANCH. AVOID OPENING AN ACCOUNT AT THE MAIN STREET BRANCH.
