  Had a simple repair done on my Sonic that was covered by warranty. When I finally received my car back 4 days later I discovered damage to my front headlight that was NOT there before. The service managers automatically told me that they didn't do it. I have to no way to prove it because I didn't do a walk around the vehicle when it was returned. They didn't ask me to do one! They just drove up and handed me the keys. How about reviewing the shop camera footage?? I am certain it happened in their shop. I was blown off and dismissed by both managers. Will NEVER go back there again!

  This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I would seriously reconsider even purchasing a vehicle here....just to avoid the service department! Service department advisors are disorganized, poorly trained, rude, and slow. I've made 3 appointments for service on my vehicle...And ALL 3 TIMES, they "lost" my appointments. The wait times are ridiculous and nobody knows what they're doing here.

  Tried to sell me services I didn't need, lied about the repair, didn't know why I was there (despite the fact that I had made an appointment and the tech was reading the sheet).
