  I went to different places the first one didn't help me at all and the second one sold me what I needed but they would not help me put the light bulb in Think God I had enough sense to do it myself That's where them five sense's come in

  La ventaja de esta tienda es que tiene la bodega atrás y rápido te consiguen las piezas que necesites y no tienes que esperar dos tres días para que te lleguen

  It was okay I guess but it sure would be nice to actually go in the parts store and get a part from a person that knows about cars these kids these days don't even know what a spark plug is

  The customer service representative, Shane, lacked the attributes one would expect from someone who is paid to serve and assist the customer. Shane was unwilling to answer my questions regarding the part I was purchasing. He could not adequately explain the reason there was a discrepancy of more than 70 dollars among the different brands for that part.

  My NEW favorite auto parts and supplies store! VERY good customer service! ALWAYS has the parts I need! Eager to satisfy and even help with installation when possible! Hard to give them 5 stars ... especially when they deserve 11 and 1/2!
