  Fast friendly company staff able to find specific vehicle parts immediately and if you're basic installation directions directions to the novice weekend warrior mechanic

  Only place I go for auto needed. Very helpful staff. I never have to ask for help because the staff ask first.

  Every single time NEVER fails whether I call or go up there I get FAST & FRIENDLY Service w/the Staff. I have an account with them and they ALWAYS know who I am & HELP w/ANYTHING & EVERYTHING I MAY or may NOT need! The Staff takes the time 2 really get 2 KNOW u & who u r, so that they can DEAL w/ya on a more PERSONAL, FRIENDLY level 2 be of BETTER SERVICE 2 u!!! I WILL go out of MY way & drive 2 THIS Location EVERYTIME over another Location ANY day, even IF this Location is FARTHER & the other Location is CLOSER!! That's how WELL the Staff gets 2 KNOW u & how much of a GREAT job the Staff does!! Ask 4 John & I PROMISE he'll take GREAT care of ya & u'll be very SATISFIED w/him & the Service u get!!! 😉

  Very rude every time I go in there.. And my wife was just there to return a part and the guy was being a dick trying to just give her the core charge saying they couldn't refund the part because we could have cleaned up the old one and try to return it for a full refund it was still wrapped in the plastic in the Box didn't even bother to open the box to look... worth the time and the gas to drive to a different location
