  This and the O Reilly's by Oakridge are my go to. The employees are gear heads, helpful, and seem to dig my turbobrick sloppy Volvo. An employee even helped me afford brake fluid when I had a bleed job go bad...I'm grateful!

  Alwaya good customer service here. I appreciate that they stay open until 10:00pm most nights.

  Went to this O'Reilly's on Monterey Road in San Jose California and in the system they had a part that I needed that was in stock but when they went to look for it they couldn't find it and said they didn't know where it was. If you don't know your parts and information you shouldn't be working there and especially if you can't find something that's in the store that just tells you that they're very unorganized would not recommend this place again

  Went to auto zone first. Average help to find something. Stopped at O'Reilly on way home. Very helpful and found parts I was looking for, also answered questions about other items even to point warranty and other issues

  I needed to replace the battery for my car on the spot. I came to this place and the guys gave a couple minute to help me out. Thanks a million. Made my life much easier for every little help.
