  They price match in real time on the spot on their own computer!!! O'Reilly s my favorite for carb cleaner, nitrile gloves, spark plugs and oil, HANDS DOEN. Why? Because they have competitive prices and happy and helpful staff. They never fail me they bend backwards for me. 5 stars my friends thank you! You all have done so much over the years and all the auto projects you helped me bring to life; shout-out to my friends on Broadway location, Sacramento!

  Very helpful. I was changing the battery in my wife’s car and they had a better price than the other guys on the battery, they had everything I need and much more. I will be returning to this location.

  My go to auto store in the area. They greed you when you walk in and they never hesitate to help. They will even allow you to use their tools.

  I came in needing a drill bit to move my broken car seat on my minivan. I asked sales associate Ernest for help, and he came to my van, looked at the bit I needed, went out to his own personal vehicle, and pulled out the exact bit from his personal screwdriver. He told me I could have it, and that he wasn't even sure if they sold that bit. I was very impressed with his generosity and excellent customer service. Update to previous review: I returned to replace a dead battery under warranty. I was told 2 weeks ago, after an associate re-charged it when I brought in the same dead battery, to bring it back if it died and they would replace it for free. I brought it back, and Manager Aaron refused to honor the warranty. This is now the fourth time I have had to deal with an O'Reilly battery warranty. Every time it is a pain. They only honor it after a hassle, always try to recharge it just for it to die 2 weeks later, and apparently now they are just refusing to honor the warranty period. 1 star for Aaron and the O'Reilly battery warranty program. 5 stars for Ernest. That averages to 3 stars. Moral of the story: Buy your batteries at Walmart, they are cheaper and they don't ever hassle you about returning dead batteries under warranty.

  Supervisor sales associate Rene gave me exceptionally good service, coming out to my car and trying out several different options to find a telephone mount that would work on a Prius that did not have a good surface for one. He took the time to make sure it was mounted correctly and was very gracious about the purchase. I strongly recommend this parts store.
