  The staff seem to be genuinely interested in whatever issue you have going on with your vehicle. And they usually take the necessary time to look up parts and if they don't happen to have it in stock, they'll call around to different O'Rielly stores til they find the part for you. Good people, reasonable prices on most parts, great service. True, at times there may be a wait but they try to get to you asap

  Great visit almost fun - they helped us "rescue" our daughter's car in a nearby parking lot (this was for the Marana location)

  Very helpful was having trouble with my 2 cars. Did not know how to fix the problem & a employee helped me. Good prices & warranty. one of the only places that knows about cars & parts

  Absolutely my go-to place for auto parts. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, though sometimes kind of curt (hey, they're busy people!), and I never spend more than 10 minutes in the store -- in and out! Note that this is a hub location, which means their inventory is absolutely mammoth. I've gotten some of the most obscure parts right on the spot because they stock so many items.

  I really like this location. I almost know the people who work here by name. Everyone here helps you out anyway they can. It is quite busy, but it is open late. (Best time to go is after 8pm, no line)
