  I was visiting family here and needed some clothes cleaned. The owner/managers were so welcoming and warm. I dropped off some shirts for my husband and some dry cleaning items for myself. They went ahead and fixed some of the buttons that were broken on my husbands shirt (didn't mention a thing when we dropped off) and all my clothes were looking extra vibrant. Even though we don't live in the area, we'll be returning whenever we come to visit and need dry cleaning done.

  Sorry, Orchid Cleaners sent a guy that looked a tad bit like RIp Taylor to my house to sell me coupons and ignored the "No solicitors!" sign that is clearly next to my door. When I tried to be polite and let him know I was in the middle of dinner (which I was) he said "I guess you don't need to save money!" Please. I value my privacy, thus the sign on our door. And I certainly do not need to be insulted in my own house by a stranger.

  great service and good prices. until last time when it cost $40 for 14 shirts. was told at pickup that certain shirts were hand press only. would have liked to know up front at drop off. would have ironed myself for $3 a shirt.
