  This class was the hardest I've ever worked in the gym in my life! At regular gyms I usually feel lost and anxious. This was so different than any other gym experience I have ever had. The coach was attentive and informative throughout the class, I knew exactly what I should be doing at all times. I have done 1hr small group training classes and usually have from 35-50 "active minutes" from strenuous activity by the end of the day. I was surprised to see that when I checked by lunch time today I had 177 active minutes!! The after-burn is REAL!

  The variety in the store exercise and the energy of the instructor. Jamaine was so helpful in understanding what he expects while respecting ones limitations. It was my first class and I quickly signed up for membership. Also, the explanation of the monitoring system was great.

  Great all over body workout, cardio , strength/weight training , endurance, good good good 💪🏻🏃‍♀️👍👍

  Awesome gym unfortunately you can’t trust them with your money. They have been charging me more than what I signed up for. I was given the run around for months. Stay away. Still waiting for a manager to call me back and refund me.

  I have been going to Orangetheory since 2015 and I love the workouts and the intensity, but this location is really the best yet. I switch between three locations and the trainers are the best in Edgewater. They are involved, they care about your progress and play great music too. I’m very happy with this location and try to get here as much as I can versus the others, definitely stop in if you haven’t yet.
