  Love working out at Orange Theory Fitness! I love that there is cardio and weight room activities in each class. I learn a lot from the planned out workouts that I normally wouldn't learn going to the gym myself. Everyone is always helpful and I always feel great after every class!

  I always feel great leaving a class! All of the coaches are great, super motivating and play good music. They definitely make it easy to get your workouts in consistently. The one drawback is that it’s pretty difficult to get into the popular class times.

  Even though it's a group, the workout is individual to your ability. Coaches are all motivating and make it fun. OT pushes you to want more and more. Motivating coaches, great music and always changing!!!

  I have noticed significant changes from attending orange theory. Love the trainers! You’d think the classes would always be the same but they are always changing it up to keep things interesting. Great music! And don’t worry if the classes book up, I’ve never had a problem getting into a class.

  Love ! Love! Love! It’s my favorite part of the day. Easy to fit in 1-hour class makes all the difference. The expert coaches offer encouragement and guidance in all movements. Plus the playlists are awesome. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should.
