  I’ve been going to Orange Theory Fitness for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the hard work and dedication that the team in the Melville location provides to their clients. I’ve seen such an improvement in my physical health as well as my overall well-being. OTF gives you the confidence and tools to lose the weight, gain the muscle, and motivate you to keep going to be your best self.

  OTF Melville has changed my view on working out. I used to have to drag myself to the gym and wouldn't always feel like I was getting a good workout in. Now, I always look forward to my scheduled class as I know it is going to be an amazing workout. Definitely recommend! Awesome staff and studio.

  Awesome workouts (you may otherwise never try on your own at the gym) for all ages and levels. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff and trainers. An all around great experience each class!

  Best Workout Ever! Amazing trainers, high energy, friendly environment, always challenging. I'm addicted! Cant say enough great things about Orange Theory in Melville! Everyone should check it out! It's awesome!

  Worth everything penny! I get the best workout-I think its addicting! I've always had a gym membership, but I have NEVER worked out like this! Love Sarai-she has so much positive energy in her classes and she makes you want to work harder and harder!
