  The coaches are extremely personable and helpful. I love that every workout is different and that it works out your entire body!! As a runner, I need a lot of upper body & core help so this has been fantastic for me!

  Great team at this OTF. I was traveling from out of town and booked a class on short notice. Staff was very accommodative and the trainer led an awesome class. It’s an awesome workout.

  Orangetheory Fitness Shinell Harris I absolutely loved it. A little more money but worth it. Why go to the gym walking around aimlessly. Orange theory gives you a coach, a plan, documented calories and fat burned each session. One hour of power and get back to your day. 30 mins of cardio, 30 mins of weight training. Perfect combination, great music, great energized people, simply a great idea!!! 1 Add an answer publicly
