  Very impressed with the the class, instructor, and front desk! Everyone does a wonderful job to make you feel comfortable, everything was explained well and they answered all questions!

  It is a little pricey, but when you think about it comparatively - it's still half as much as a one-on-one personal trainer with the same amount of sessions. I've been in several different class times, all obviously with different people - and I haven't had a class yet where my fellow "gym rats" weren't fun to be with. Love the group exercise setting. The trainers are awesome and flexible; I have a weak lower back from surgery and was really having difficulty doing some of the exercises, and when I told the class instructor, he was more than willing to show me alternate exercises that I was able to do. Very much worth the money!

  Clean facilities and really liked staff - but the workouts are subpar and the lack of flexibility is even worse. I’ve never written a bad review before, but was very put off by how Orange Theory runs their business. The coaches rarely correct your form or teach you anything. If you need to cancel last minute for some reason, you lose an entire class, which you already pay quite a bit for. Not worth the money when you can practically get one-on-one sessions and better individualized workouts for your body at the same price elsewhere.
