  I went just for an x-ray & diagnosis of a surgery to be done, so although my experience was limited, it kind of breaks my heart that this kind fella was only given 1 star previously. I found Dr. Strauss to be polite, professional, & a clear communicator. Sure, 1 staff member (won't mention name) was so sassy she made me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her, however ALL other staff were very kind & helpful :) Lastly, this office is exceptionally clean & well maintained, which is obviously puts every heart to ease when visiting the dentist.

  While my experience with Dr. Straus himself was fantastic, the staff leaves little to be desired. They rarely returned calls and it feels like they want to be there less than the patients do. Be warned: you have to pre-pay for any dental operation you undergo. The problem with this is when the bill went to my insurance, I found I was over charged by $700. I've tried to get them to refund in person, over the phone and via letter with no luck. I wish I could recommend Dr. Straus, but I simply can't because of how poorly things were handled.
