  I had the absolute best experience getting all four wisdom teeth removed here. The staff was kind and very sweet. The surgeon was well versed and completely made me feel at ease. I had to change my appointment a few different times and the front desk (Lisa) was understanding and worked with me to find the right time. I felt like I was their patient for years even though I was there on a referral. I recommend this place completely!

  Worse experience ever! I hope I never have to go back there. I just got a consultation and the doctor was very rude!

  Absolutely horrible business/billing department. The surgeon did great, but the 20 year old billing "manager" is worthless. They have no accounting of phone calls or what was said in previous calls. Pretended to tell me she is the only one in the billing department after I have called 3-4 previous times regarding a outstanding balance that should have been at $0.00 after two insurances and our out of pocket we paid for up front. They sent us to a collection agency and have added an additional $100.00 to the balance that should have been zero. Absolutely horribly run business. I do not recommend this oral surgeon or his billing department. Stay away

  My daughter had her wisdom teeth out. The staff and Dr were very professional. We had no problems.

  first off the Surgeons there are excellent, but the financial manager it a complete idiot. on my first visit my Total amount billed was 200 dollars and I didn't have the total amount so i paid 150 dollars which the financial manager gladly took, leaving me a balance of 50 dollars, basically agreeing to making payments, today i go to have 5 teeth extracted and was told my bill would be 3211.20 in that amount was the two teeth that had already been extracted, so there basically trying to bill me for the same service twice. I ask her why the change in the policy, but she denied such a thing and keep trying to defend herself instead of aplologizing and trying to work out something with a patient, I will never go back to this place as long as that moron is there.
