  My experience was really nice. Got my eye exam at a really good price. I bought my frames with them and the prices are similar to the ones in market. The customer service is really good. They're amiable and respectful. They really cared about my opinion.

  Really a great experience. As a UCLA grad student, I was looking for an alternative after learning that our campus vision center was going to charge me an absurd amount of separate fees for eye exam, contact lens fitting, AND purchasing lenses on top of that, despite UCLA also being the source of my insurance. I tried Optikos based on reviews and being in the neighborhood, and they offered a great deal on both the exam PLUS six months' worth of contacts with my updated prescriptions - about a third of what UCLA would have charged for exam alone. The atmosphere at Optikos was also welcoming and helpful, and the doctor excellent at explaining potential issues (I'm pregnant, which can affect my vision) and my options for corrective lenses. Since my lens prescription is provisional until after the baby's arrived, I opted for a short supply of contacts and to come back later for an updated prescription and glasses. In other words, I'll definitely be back!

  These guys are on point. They know it all and give you loyalty discounts. They have a really wide selection of frames and the doctors are super thorough w eye exams. I always go to them for my glasses and contacts, and shades. If they don’t have the ones I want, they can order them. I’ve had only good results. I can’t even hate on them. They’re even near my house. Scored.

  Such a nice staff. The Dr is so sweet. Cool space too. Definitely recommend it to anyone! I came in for an eye exam and the exam was $50. Affordable, great staff, cool space 👌 it's perfect. They've got really cool designer frames too. Parking is validated in the back too
